Sites with hover effects publish again
Some projects using many hover effects (visual change on mouse over) were failing to publish with a silent error. We identified the HTML size limit was too tight for these cases. We raised the limit and now these projects publish normally.
Fixed Normal/Hover toggle at the top of the panel
The Normal / On Hover mode selector was "lost" in the middle of the styles panel — you had to scroll to find it. Now it's fixed at the top of the panel, always visible. Also, when you switch elements, it keeps the mode you were editing. Much smoother experience for anyone who works a lot with hover.
