This page explains how to delete your UnicPages account and what happens to your data. It applies to the website, the editor (app.unicpages.com) and the UnicPages app for iOS and Android, developed by Team Lecdt. One account covers all of them, so deleting it in one place deletes it everywhere.
1. In the app or on the website
If you can still sign in, this is the fastest way:
- Sign in to your account in the app or in the editor (app.unicpages.com).
- Open your Profile (account settings).
- Tap "Delete my account".
- Confirm the deletion.
Deletion is permanent: once it is done, the account and its content cannot be recovered.
2. Without the app
No longer have the app or cannot sign in? Request the deletion by email:
- Send the message from the email address registered on the account, so we can confirm the request is yours.
- To: privacy@unicpages.com
- Subject: "Account deletion".
3. Timeframe
We process the request within 30 days and confirm by email once the deletion is complete.
4. What is deleted
- Account data: name, email, photo, password and linked sign-ins (Google and Apple).
- Projects and pages.
- Files you uploaded.
- Published sites, which are taken offline.
- Connected domains, which are unlinked.
- Remaining AI credits.
5. What is kept and for how long
Some records must be kept for a while, with restricted access and only for these purposes:
- Payment records and invoices required by tax law: up to 5 years.
- Security and fraud prevention logs: up to 6 months.
After these periods, these records are deleted as well.
6. Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel charges made through the app stores. If you subscribed in the app, cancel it in the store:
- App Store (iPhone and iPad): Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Google Play (Android): Google Play > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Subscriptions paid on the website are canceled by us together with the account deletion.
7. Privacy
