4. Services Description
UnicPages provides a web-based platform that enables users to:
- Create and design web pages and landing pages
- Import and convert existing web pages using our browser extension
- Use AI-powered tools for content generation and design assistance
- Publish and host created pages
- Access templates and pre-built components
- Collaborate on projects (where applicable)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, with or without notice.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans with different features and limitations. Details of current plans and pricing are available on our website. Free trials, when offered, are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of enrollment.
5.2 Billing
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are in the currency specified at checkout (USD, BRL, or EUR)
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due
5.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate upon renewal.
5.4 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law
5.5 Refund Policy
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Within 7 days of initial purchase for annual subscriptions, if the Services have not been substantially used
- Technical issues that prevent you from using the Services, which we are unable to resolve
- As required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction

You retain all ownership rights to the Content you create using our Services. We do not claim ownership of your Content.
6.2 License to UnicPages
By using our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and distribute your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services. This license terminates when you delete your Content or account.
6.3 Content Restrictions
You agree not to create, upload, or transmit Content that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or offensive
- Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities

Our browser extension allows you to capture and import web page content into UnicPages. The extension only activates when you explicitly initiate an import action.
7.2 Responsible Use
When using the extension, you agree to:
- Only import content you have the right to use or modify
- Respect the intellectual property rights of website owners
- Not use the extension to scrape or collect data in violation of any website's terms of service
- Not use the extension for any illegal purpose
7.3 Disclaimer
We are not responsible for the content you choose to import. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to use imported content.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, are owned by UnicPages or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our express written permission.

"UnicPages" and our logo are trademarks of UnicPages. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

We do not warrant that:

- The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the Services will be corrected
- The Services will meet your specific requirements

12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNICPAGES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UnicPages and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
- Your Content
14. Termination
14.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
14.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. We will endeavor to provide notice when practicable.
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your license to use the Services terminates immediately
- You must cease all use of the Services
- We may delete your Content and account data after 30 days
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
15.2 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us at legal@unicpages.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
15.3 Arbitration
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the Arbitration Chamber of Brasil.
15.4 Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve any disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
15.5 Exceptions
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in court for matters related to intellectual property or data security.
16. General Provisions
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Subscription Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and UnicPages regarding the Services.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
16.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

16.6 Force Majeure
